How do I customize
SING?
Go into the "Admin" menu and click "Settings". Here is
where almost all the customization for
SING
gets configured including: default quotes, email
settings, mapping to a database and much more. Go into
the "Lookup Tables" section to customize all the drop
down menus in
SING.

How do I upload my inventory to
my Web site from
SING?
Please consult with SBN Solutions on how to do this.
Once we implement this for you, simply click on the
“Upload to Website” button in the “Admin” menu.
Can I add multiple pictures to
a quote in
SING?
You can add multiple pictures to any piece of inventory
so your customers can view it from multiple
perspectives. These pictures can be uploaded to your
Web site and attached to any quote you want to generate.
Do you offer Web hosting and
design services?
Yes. SBN Solutions, Inc. has been providing Web hosting and
design for small businesses since 1996. We have a great
reputation in the IT and small business community for
the creativity and skill we utilize in creating customer
Web sites.
Do you offer email hosting
services?
Yes. If SBN Solutions, Inc. hosts your Web site you get
unlimited email hosting included in the cost.
Can I get reports from
SING?
SING
includes many useful reports right out of
the box. However, if your business needs something we
do not include, just fax us a copy of what you want the
report to look like and we’ll build it for you. We can
usually build a new report and get back to you in just a
couple of days.
Do I need to purchase any
additional software to use
SING?
No.
SING
includes all the software you need,
including all the software to generate PDFs. If you
need the Microsoft.net platform, it is a free download
and we provide the
link here.
